Brand & Service Line Campaigns

Client: Northwest Community Healthcare

Three years with one client will teach you a lot. For NCH, a community hospital competing against ever-growing health systems, the answer was pretty simple: stop trying to look like everyone else.

The work was a mix of brand development and service line campaigns across pretty much every channel — OOH, print, digital, direct mail, website. 

 

In a landscape where independent community hospitals are becoming harder and harder to find, that independence is actually the most powerful thing you have. The work was about making sure NCH owned it. The creative reflected it. And the results did too — colon and prostate cancer screening campaigns came back with ROI of 782% and 283%.
